WHAT I LEARNED IN LOCKDOWN
CURIOUS K EXPLORES THE PALEOZOIC
Curious K Explores the Paleozoic is an hour long musical for kids written by Kenton Blythe, directed by Chantal Forde with vocal arrangements and choreography by Lise Cormier.
The story follows two high school students (Emma and Olivia) as they discover a robot (Curious K) in the bowels of the Royal Ontario Museum. When Curious K is awakened, it sings them the answers to their assignment about the Paleozoic Era to the joy of Olivia and to the chagrin of Emma. This causes a falling out that leads to accidentally damaging Curious K, giving him sentience in the process. Can Emma and Olivia return things to normal before their class leaves?
Curious K Explores the Paleozoic is a story of the different ways we learn, the ancient history of earth and accepting one another.
